[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide indexing verification service of accurate indexing information on recorded documents.
- Contractor shall have familiarity with and an understanding of the county fusion land records system.
- Contractor shall have the ability to electronically receive and download a file that contains recorder of deeds documents, both the scanned redacted images and the index information.
- Contractor shall have the ability to abstract and key from redacted images, including information hand written on the documents.
- Contractor shall generate an exception report noting all inconsistencies found when comparing the recorder of deeds’ indexing and contractor’s verification of indexing, so that the recorder of deeds can decide of the correct indexing information and present an accurate account of the indexing information on the record.
(2) Approximately the Recorder of Deeds records 90,000 to 110,000 documents per year and requires a contractor to verify these documents on an ongoing basis throughout the year
(3) The contract period will be for two year.
