[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide data entry services to provide data entry into NexGen or LACES database.
- To provide data entry into Nex Gene or LACES database to include the following:
1. Assessments:
- TABE pre or post, career readiness certification testing, GED ready, GED.
2. Student demographics for GED students.
- New and demographic changes for existing and new students.
3. High school diploma:
- Same as GED students, adding transcript information.
4. Goals or achievements:
- Career readiness certification testing, GED, high school diploma.
5. Attendance:
- Hours retrieved from google drive or open time clock on a weekly basis
6. Classes:
- Set up, staff assignment.
7. Reports:
- DMT with supporting tables (quarterly), miscellaneous tables as requested monthly diagnostics per region coordinator. All other required dependent office of adult education reports.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 17, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
