(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and conversion service in PDF/A archival file format.
- Develop tracking systems to identify records that are in contractor’s possession and logging systems to connect digital scanned documents to these records.
- Indicate type of repairs that may be necessary to address imperfections to create a high-quality image.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 200,000 older, hard copy agency records, documents, and permitting records for land use activities.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2022.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
