[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning and digitization service using scanning resolution at 300 dpi.
- files to be scanned and converted consist of a mix of planning and zoning files. Work will include heavy preparation consisting of staple removal, relocation of post-it notes obscuring information, inconsistent sizes, folds, tape, repair corners, un-folding oversize sheets, etc.
- scanned files shall be identical to their respective physical file
- Documents shall be scanned at 300dpi or settings to produce high quality images and inspected to assure that they are accurate representations of the original pages.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 15, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2022.
