[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide digital film transfer service.
- Digitize the film in real-time and have the final deliverable as 4K MOV (pilar boxed is fine).
- Scan to the native frame rate.
- Scan master files at the native aspect ratio. Provide the 720p mezzanine files a 16x9 pillar box.
- The 8mm film vary in length from one hundred fifty (150) feet to three hundred (300) feet.
- All film reels contain a high intrinsic value and are of continuing unique, historic interest.
- The collection consists of three hundred (300) film reels at an estimated thirty (30) minutes on each film reels.
- The film reels to be sent to the Contractor’s facility will consist of the following types: two hundred fifty-seven (257) reels of 16mm film, one (1) reel of 35mm film, and forty-two (42) reels of 8mm film.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be four years.
