[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide digitize the official documentation of past and current records for ease of
accessibility and in order save space to cut on storage costs.
- There are various advantages to digitalization including increased efficiency, increased productivity, lower operational costs, higher agility, improved communication, increased transparency, faster and painless record retrieval, and faster decision making.
- Scanning of documents in colour [minimum 300 dpi] uncompressed clean master images.
• Vendor will ensure pre-scanning or pre-shredding requirements like removal of unwanted dust, file clips, tags, pins, threads, rubber bands as may be required
• Vendor must mobilise machinery/equipment and personnel at site for shredding and scanning at the location specified under Scope of Work above
• Scanning [in colour] of documents [DPI 300 or above]
• Shredding of documents as authorised by Women personnel
• Vendor will maintain records of documents received on a daily basis in a log book and also record by actual counting, accurate quantities of scanning and shredding for review and acceptance by Women
• Vendor will ensure adequate indexing and cataloguing after scanning with file nomenclature as per instructions from Women.
