[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide documents scanning and digital indexing services at scanning resolution of 300 dpi in PDF file format.
- Scan and convert existing plans and associated documents including supplemental soils reports, grading plans and engineering calculations into PDF High Quality files.
- Black and white plan sets, and blueprint plan sets shall be scanned in 24-bit grayscale. Color plan sets shall be scanned in 24-bit color.
- Provide the City with the digitally archived plans on DVD, USB media, or a solid-state drive.
- Confirming accuracy of file naming, directory structure and indexing
- Securing of original plan sets and documents by bagging, tagging, and labeling scanned documents
(2) An optional site visit and walk through will be held on December 16, 2022.
